Moe's Home Policy



Moe's Home Policy: All damage/defect claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Moe’s will not honor claims after this period. A warranty claim is something that happens to the item over time. If the item arrives damaged but is simply not reported within 30 days, that is not considered a warranty claim. Freight Damages must be inspected at the time of delivery. We do not issue credit for freight on any Damages/ Defects unless Moe’s shipped the wrong product. Moe’s will send a replacement free of charge if Moe’s shipped the wrong product. If a replacement is not wanted, we will only issue credit for the product cost. No replacement or replacement parts available.
