Moes' Home Policy



No cancellation once order is submitted to Moe’s. Cancelation will be subjected to 20% restocking fee.


Defects and Damages

Moe’s will ONLY accept a claim with a Moe’s Claim form. The Claim form requires following the information:
- Date of receiving the shipment. Carrier used on the shipment. 
- Pictures of the items, boxes with sku# showing), Proof of delivery or UPS/FEDEX labels.
Brief description of the issues. Requested compensation.
- All damage/defect claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Moe’s will not honor claims after this period.
- All claims must be submitted from the customer. Moe's will not resolve claims directly with the end consumer.
- All Moe's items come with a 1-year warranty.
- Warranty claim is something that happens to the item over time. If the item arrives damaged, but is simply not reported within 30 days, that is not considered a warranty claim.
- Freight Damages must be inspected at the time of delivery. The customer must take responsibly of freight damages, and directly deal with the carrier for any freight damage claims. No credit will be issued for claims related to freight damage.
- We do not issue credit for freight on any Damages/ Defects unless Moe’s shipped the wrong product. Moe’s will send replacement free of charge if Moe’s shipped the wrong product. If a replacement is not wanted, we will only issue credit for product cost.
- No replacement or replacement parts available.
- Moe's is willing to set up a defect/damage allowance if the customer prefers. Please inquire if this is of interest to you.
