        English and French dovetailing is the standard that has been in existence for centuries for drawer construction. Alpine Furniture uses either all English dovetailing or a combination of both English and French dovetailing depending on the model and type of use.

        Drawer glides on Alpine Furniture products prior to 2011 featured traditional wood on wood or a Kenlin metal center glide system. Today’s contemporary customers have changed. They expect the ease and convenience of a ball bearing glide extension drawer glide. Alpine Furniture listens to our dealers so in the latter part of 2011 began using the ball bearing extension glide to the satisfy needs of our customer. The collections going forward will utilize the ball bearing glide system.

        Drawer interiors are sanded to ensure snag free storage. Top drawers of bedroom pieces are lined to further ensure snag free storage.

        Alpine Furniture utilizes solid lumber and veneers from sustainable forestry operators.

        In-stock items ship in about 2 to 4 days. Please contact us at support@thekitchenfurniture.com for a more precise estimate on each product. All shipping to the continental USA is free! 

         

        Order Confirmation:
        As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

         

        Order Shipment:
        If your item is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from your order's date. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@thekitchenfurniture.com.

        Free Standard Delivery Includes:

        - Delivery to your front door or other first dry areas upon request at the time of sale
        - We deliver to all 48 continental states within the US
        - Online delivery tracking for most areas.

        Free Standard Delivery Does Not Include:

        - Unboxing, installing, or removal of old units
        - Steps or unmanageable driveways.

        Our Quality Guarantee

        Any product that arrives in a damaged condition will be handled at no additional cost per our quality guarantee. Please notify us within 24 hours of damage.

        We do our best to ensure all items are packed and labeled appropriately for safe shipping. However, very rarely, an item may arrive with damage or a manufacturer defect. Don't worry! We will ensure that you get a replacement or a refund as soon as possible. Please follow these steps:

        Inspect your package before signing: Visibly damaged product on a freight shipment must be either refused upon receipt or noted as damaged on the Bill of Lading. Parcel shipments with a visibly damaged product should also be refused. You should open the package and visually inspect the item before signing. If the driver does not let you open the package, note that the package is damaged until further inspection.

        Please notify us within 24 hours: Email us to notify us of a damaged item either received or refused. For received items, ensure to include photos of the item and packaging to support@thekitchenfurniture.com along with a detailed description.

        Hold for Pickup: We will send you an RGA form and shipping label to include your return. Ensure to write the RGA# on the return box for the fastest processing of the return.

        Your replacement: Your replacement item will ship out immediately.

        Defective product: If your product is defective, notify us within 30 days of receipt, and the same process as above (for damaged products) will apply.

        Looking to Return?

        Cancellations and Courtesy Returns

        If you need to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible for the same day refund with zero fees. If your item has already shipped, we will need to process the cancellation as a return.

        Return Goods Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by an RGA form. The package must have an RGA# on the box. Please submit your request to support@thekitchenfurnirture.com. Any returns that do not include the RGA form will not be processed.

        30 days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date.

        Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders that were shipped by freight, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

        Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to the following variable restocking fees, depending on the manufacturer (maximum of 25%).

        Return Condition: You must return the item in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Products that have been installed or damaged will not be granted a refund. Be sure to include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories to avoid any additional fees.

        Refund: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used when placing the order.
