Free Curbside Shipping To Continental USA
All orders will be shipped as available. For in-stock items, the approximate lead time is 5 to 10 business days after payment is approved. This delay can be avoided by paying an expedite fee. Please contact our Customer Service if you want your order to have priority shipping.
Order Confirmation: When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. When the manufacturer confirms the product is available, we will process the credit card charges. If your item is out of stock, we are going to cancel the pre-authorization and contact you.
Order Shipment: We will send to your email the tracking code within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
Free Standard Delivery Includes:
- Curbside delivery
- Delivery to the 48 contiguous states within the US
- Online delivery tracking for most areas.
Free Standard Delivery Does Not Include:
- Unboxing, installation, or removal of old units
- Steps or unmanageable driveways.
For customers outside of the shipping company's zone, additional charges may be required.
All heavy items are shipped via LTL freight. After shipment, deliveries take about two weeks. We will keep customers updated on the status of their orders. Deliveries are curbside and a delivery signature is required (you will need to be present during your delivery time window). If you would like push-through-front-door service, inside delivery, or additional service, this would be an additional cost and you will need to contact us prior to placing your order.

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE
We do our best to ensure all items are packed and labeled appropriately for safe shipping. However, very rarely, an item may arrive with damage or a manufacturer defect. If this occurs, please follow the steps on our Quality Guarantee Page.
Inspect your package before signing. Visibly damaged product on a freight shipment must be either refused upon receipt or noted as damaged on the Bill of Lading. Parcel shipments with a visibly damaged product should also be refused. All boxes should be opened for inspection and pieces counted to ensure complete delivery. Make the driver wait while you review the shipment and notate any damage on the delivery receipt; write "DRIVER REFUSED INSPECTION" when signing the delivery receipt in the unlikely event a driver will not wait. Failure to notate the delivery receipt at the time of delivery terminates any and all claims that can be filed on damaged merchandise.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible for a refund with zero fees. Cancellations made via phone are not official. Products that are packaged and put onto a truck for delivery are considered products that are shipped. If your item has already shipped, we will need to process the cancellation as a return.
